Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Clawbrowser's website, browser runtime, dashboard, API, managed profiles, proxy-related features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and all activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly at support@clawbrowser.ai if you believe your account or key has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully and in compliance with the terms, policies, and technical controls of websites and services you access. You may not use the Service to infringe rights, distribute malware, commit fraud, harass others, evade lawful restrictions, access accounts or systems without authorization, or violate applicable export, privacy, consumer-protection, or data-protection laws.
You are responsible for obtaining all permissions required for the websites, accounts, data, and automation workflows you use. Clawbrowser is not a guarantee that a third-party website will permit access, automation, or any particular result.
Profiles, proxies, and third-party services
The Service may provide managed profile configuration and optional proxy-related functionality. Availability, performance, location, and compatibility can vary. Your use of third-party websites and services is governed by their own terms and policies. You remain responsible for content, credentials, and data handled in your browser sessions.
Fees and billing
The public runtime may be offered free of charge, while proxy traffic or other services may carry fees. If you purchase a paid service, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to provide current, accurate billing information. Fees, taxes, and refunds are handled according to the applicable checkout, billing, or subscription terms presented to you.
Open-source components
Certain Clawbrowser software is distributed under open-source licenses, including the MIT License. Those licenses govern the relevant source code and take precedence over these Terms where they conflict. These Terms govern the hosted, account, API, proxy-related, and website services not covered by an open-source license.
Intellectual property
Except for open-source components and your own content, Clawbrowser and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, branding, documentation, and website content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawbrowser disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will bypass CAPTCHA challenges, prevent blocks, preserve access to third-party services, or meet every use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawbrowser will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the Service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or to address a breach of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@clawbrowser.ai.
