Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Clawbrowser collects and uses personal data when you visit clawbrowser.ai, create or use an account, use the dashboard or API, or contact us. Clawbrowser provides a browser runtime, managed fingerprint profiles, and optional proxy-related services for browser automation.

Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, account identifier, and any name supplied during registration or support requests.
  • Authentication and API credentials: information necessary to authenticate your account, issue API keys, and protect access to the Service.
  • Service and usage information: subscription status, proxy-traffic and usage records, fingerprint-generation and proxy-verification activity, and operational logs needed to secure, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Browser-profile configuration: profile and proxy configuration data needed to provide managed sessions. Browser cookies, storage, and session content ordinarily remain on the device or environment where you run Clawbrowser unless you explicitly use a feature that transfers them to a third-party service.
  • Technical and analytics information: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL, and interaction data collected through server logs and website analytics.
  • Payment information: billing and subscription status. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; Clawbrowser does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service; create and manage accounts, API keys, and subscriptions; deliver proxy-related functionality; process payments; respond to support requests; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with law; and understand how the public website is used.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate the Service, including Auth0 for authentication, UniBee for billing, Nodemaven for proxy-related provisioning, Google Analytics, and Yandex Metrica for website analytics. Providers may process personal data only as needed to provide their services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Service, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

Cookies and analytics

The public website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and site measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the website or dashboard.

Data retention and security

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To make a request, contact us at support@clawbrowser.ai.

International transfers

Clawbrowser and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
